At Ravens Cove, we want to make sure your holiday goes smoothly. Our policies have been developed to provide the most flexibility possible while still fitting into basic guidelines for private home rentals on the Sunshine Coast. Booking Your Stay & Cancellations BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICIES: In order to book your stay, we require a 50% non refundable deposit at time of booking, plus a fully refundable damage deposit. Balance of payment is due 10 days prior to arrival to hold your booking. Visa or Mastercard accepted. Additionals No smoking please; pets allowed outdoors only. |
