Boating/Fishing/Canoeing/Windsurfing/Hiking Golf/Swimming/Relaxing/Beachcombing Our RATES & POLICIES	Ravens Cove offers a three-bedroom cottage perfect for couples or small families to share a vacation together. Ravens Cove has a spacious 50 foot cedar deck overlooking the calm beauty of the waterfront below... relax in one of the loungers, or sit and play a game of cards at the outdoor picnic table just steps from the ocean. Rental includes the use of a canoe and a 16' Harbercraft aluminum runabout with 30hp engine.

You'll be well-rested in our comfortable beds.	The Main Cottage Sleeping arrangements: There are two queen beds and a single in the main cottage as well as two double sofabeds in the livingroom. All beds including those in the bunkhouse, have their own comfy duvets. The rooms are attractively decorated and offer plenty of room for putting your things away to create that "home away from home" feeling. The cottage has 3 bathrooms (one is an ensuite).

Kids love the Crabshack for its privacy and outdoorsy charm, and it's a great place to go for some afternoon reading with a favorite book or magazine - or to just hang out with friends or siblings away from boring grownups.	The Crabshack Perfect for older children or teenagers, the Crabshack is a 6-bunk unit outside the cottage that offers lots of privacy and a funky feel that kids love - and not to mention gives the adults some space of their own as well!

A home away from home, complete with comfortable living area. Inside view above, outside below	Entertainment Area There is a central living room with TV/VCR (videos only) for evening entertainment and relaxing. There is a CD player, a selection of movies, CDs and family games. Play a game of cards, a board game, or just sit back and enjoy the evening sunset after a day spent enjoying the activities of Ravens Cove. On cooler evenings enjoy the warmth of the wood burning fireplace.

Meals go even better with a great view.	Kitchen and Dining Room The cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher - a great bonus during group holidays to take all the work out of your stay to leave you more time for the fun stuff. The inside dining area overlooks the deck and cove beyond for leisurely evenings spent enjoying great meals with family and friends in one of the most scenic areas you'll find! A gas barbecue is also available for your use.

RAVENS COVE RATES*:

Rental rates include the free use of a canoe and a 16' Harbercraft aluminum runabout with 30hp engine, making Raven's Cove the perfect cottage getaway for exploration and relaxation in a private and comfortable setting.

HIGH SEASON:
JUNE 30 - END OF LABOUR DAY WEEKEND
Weekly rentals only.
(7 nights - Saturday to Saturday)
$2500 for up to six people

JUNE AND SEPTEMBER
DAILY (Minimum 4 nights stay)
$300 per day for up to six people.
$1800 per week.

LOW SEASON:
October 01 - May 31
DAILY (Minimum 2 nights stay)
$300 per day for up to six people.
$1200 per week.

*PLEASE NOTE: All of the above rates are based on a six person occupancy. A charge of $25.00 per day/$150.00 per week, is applicable for each additional person to a maximum total of 10 people.

All holiday weekends require minimum 3 day booking.

No smoking please; pets allowed outdoors only!!

BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICIES: We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit at time of booking. Balance of payment as well as a refundable damage deposit of $500.00. is due 10 days prior to arrival. We welcome payment by Visa or Cheque. U.S. exchange at current bank rates.
